ConRes will blind service all products for their OEM customers. Specially designed programs can include First call phone support or On Site service. If you require a cross-ship spares capability, ConRes can establish a spares pool specifically for you. Quantities of spares, shipping terms and refurbishment costs for returned equipment will be negotiated based on specific client requirements.

The standard warranty on all ConRes-built products is one year, return-to-factory for repair, but custom programs are available based on your unique needs.
